Webb engineers, designs, manufactures and installs one of the largest selections of standard and customized Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in the industry.  Our wide selection enables us to provide you with the most cost-effective and efficient solution that meets your needs.

But what really separates a Webb AGV from others, are our controls. Webb provides the most advanced and accurate controls in the industry. Our AGVs use an on-board Vehicle Control Computer (VCC3), which accurately maintains the intended route. Multi-vehicle systems are controlled by a Vehicle System Manager (VSM) that provides real-time control and monitoring of vehicles. It routes vehicles from various locations to programmed destinations, monitors vehicle status and program status. It can also integrate with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Our standard AGVs include:
Towing vehicles - Webb's tuggers can handle load capacities up to 50,000 pounds. Our tuggers can be tailored to fit your application.  Options include powered conveyor, tilt beds for automatic transfers and standard load decks.
Unit load vehicles - Webb offers a full line of standard unit load Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs).  Unit load vehicles are often used in warehousing and distribution centers and have the ability to maneuver in tight spaces.  A number of carrier options are available including roller decks, lift/lower decks or a combination of lift/roller decks.
Roll handling vehicles - Roll handling AGVs are designed to move paper and newsprint rolls up to 6,000 pounds.  They can interface with other systems such as automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), roller conveyors, roll carts and automatic lifters.
Low profile vehicles - Webb's low profile vehicles are often used in the hospital and service industries to move products in environments with limited space and low deck clearance.  Options include powered conveyor and lift/lower decks.
