About FLVs

FLVs (Forklift Vehicles) are AGVs equipped with forks to lift and transport different types of loads.

Compatible Load Types

Load types that can be handled with FLVs match the ones that are traditionally transported by conventional forklift trucks:

• Pallets
• Skeleton containers
• Crates
• Tubs
• IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers)
• Etc.

Technical Specifications

• Speed: from 0.5 to 2 m/s
• Standard acceleration and deceleration: 0.5 m/s²
• Lift heights: up to 1500 mm for single mast and 3000 mm for double telescopic mast design. Higher lift heights (even up to 10 m) can be achieved on demand.
• Max. load weight: 1,500 kg. Upon demand, heavy-duty FLVs for loads up to 6 tonnes can be manufactured.

FLV Types

• FLV/N: Narrow version (fork over wheel)
• FLV/S: Straddle type version (support legs outside load)
• FLV/CB: Counterbalance version
• FLV/R: Reach Truck
• FLV/X: Special type of Fork Lift Vehicle (e.g. manipulation devices for load tipping, rotating, etc.)
